POSITION SUMMARY:

Social Media Associate will be responsible to play a vital role in strengthening our online presence and engaging with our target audience. The resource will closely work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our company.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement
  • Create and manage content for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and a strong online presence
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on time
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop captivating campaigns and promotions
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure the company's social media strategy remains effective
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and compile content for social media posts
SKILL SET:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute. Professional qualification/certification would be a plus
Experience:
  • 1 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and Competencies:
  • Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports
  • Ability to coordinate well within team
