We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts and digital channels. You will lead a team of analysts, manage high-profile client relationships, and be responsible for campaign performance, team development, and business growth initiatives. Your strategic expertise will shape our approach to SEM, Social, and Display/Programmatic channels while ensuring all accounts achieve and exceed client KPI targets.

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will drive performance marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts and digital channels. You will lead a team of analysts, manage high-profile client relationships, and be responsible for campaign performance, team development, and business growth initiatives. Your strategic expertise will shape our approach to SEM, Social, and Display/Programmatic channels while ensuring all accounts achieve and exceed client KPI targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for multiple clients, translating business objectives into actionable campaign frameworks.
- Oversee setup, launch, and optimization of campaigns across SEM, Social, and Display/Programmatic channels.
- Conduct continuous performance analysis and optimization to achieve and exceed client KPI targets, implementing advanced bidding strategies and budget allocation techniques.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities aligned with client growth objectives and local market dynamics.
- Drive innovation in campaign approaches and testing methodologies to stay ahead of market trends.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Marketing Analysts, providing coaching and growth opportunities.
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive continuous skill development across the team.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaign setup, reporting, and client deliverables to maintain high standards.
- Train team members on new tools, platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Serve as the primary strategic partner to key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor on performance marketing opportunities and market insights.
- Develop and maintain strong client partnerships, demonstrating deep understanding of their business, competitive landscape, and growth priorities.
- Lead client strategy sessions, quarterly business reviews, and performance presentations.
- Manage escalations and complex client situations with professionalism and strategic thinking.
- Identify new service offerings and account expansion opportunities within existing portfolios.
- Contribute to new business pitches and RFP responses with strategic recommendations and case studies.
- Establish team processes, workflows, and SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and report on team KPIs, including profitability, utilization, and client satisfaction metrics.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, paid media operations, and customer acquisition campaigns.
- 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience in an agency or in-house setting.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Marketing Platform (SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager 360), Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that drive measurable business results.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with sharp attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of web analytics, conversion tracking, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, dashboards).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex data into client-ready insights.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and high-profile accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Proven track record of driving measurable campaign success and consistently achieving/exceeding KPI targets.
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Proficiency in digital tools including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, DCM, DV360, Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Deep knowledge of local media landscape, digital marketing trends, SEM strategies, and social media dynamics.
- Experience presenting to senior-level clients and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships across agencies, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality output.
- Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and industry certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
