Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Finance Reporting & Accounting to lead our group financial operations. This critical role oversees consolidated financial reporting for 7 subsidiaries and 3 foreign entity,   and ensures compliance with IFRS and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will combine technical accounting expertise with strategic thinking and strong leadership capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for group in compliance with IFRS
  • Develop monthly group management packs with comprehensive financial analysis and visualizations
  • Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for top management decision-making
  • Monitor portfolio performance and prepare weekly investment reports for CFO
  • Coordinate with Treasury Manager on fund deployment and liquidity management
  • Coordinate annual statutory audit and ensure IFRS disclosure compliance
  • Manage SECP filing requirements and local and foreign regulatory submissions
  • Lead annual budgeting process for group entities
  • Coordinate AGM, board meetings, and foreign entity compliance
  • Respond to audit queries and liaise with external auditors
  • Lead annual budgeting process for group entities
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax regulations
  • Coordinate with legal and tax teams on interco governance
Role & Responsibilities
ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent professional accounting qualification
Minimum 6-8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles
Strong expertise in IFRS, group consolidation, and financial reporting standards
Proven experience managing multi-entity consolidations (minimum 5+ entities)
Hands-on experience with investment portfolio management
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and financial automation tools
Strong understanding of Pakistani tax laws, SECP regulations, and statutory compliance
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for dashboard creation
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop finance teams
Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial and operational issues
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight deadlines
