Management Trainee - Sales

Job Overview

The Management Trainee – Sales will undergo structured training to develop a strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, lead generation, and business development. This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in sales by gaining hands-on experience, developing communication and negotiation skills, and contributing to the organization's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various departments to gain hands-on experience.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Work on assigned projects and contribute to team objectives.
• Participate in sales training sessions, mentoring programs, and performance reviews.
• Prepare reports and presentations based on learnings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
