Position Overview:

The Client Services Management Trainee will be responsible for managing client relationships while supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across service lines.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a supporting point of contact for key clients, facilitating clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs through regular interactions and follow-ups.
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, helping ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Help address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly by coordinating with relevant internal teams and escalating matters to senior management when required.
  • Prepare and contribute to monthly reports on project status, performance metrics, and client feedback, while developing the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development, and support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Develop knowledge of industry trends and client markets to gradually build the ability to offer valuable insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 
Experience
  • Internship experience in client services, account management, or advertising is preferred.
