Job Overview

The Senior Finance Executive will manage financial reporting, budgeting support, reconciliations, taxation coordination, and overall finance operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, team coordination capabilities, and the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting while supporting process improvements and compliance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Prepare company-wise and group monthly management financial packs with comparative analysis, insights, and dashboard reporting.
  • Oversee financial operations including payment processing, reconciliations, accrual bookings, and approval coordination.
  • Prepare weekly profitability reports and highlight key financial trends and variances.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Manage intercompany reporting, reconciliations, settlements, and shared cost allocations.
  • Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements and coordinate with auditors during audits.
  • Review team deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with finance standards.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to finance team members.
  • Coordinate taxation workings and ensure alignment with regulatory filings including FBR, SRB, PRA, and ICT.
  • Handle international payments and vendor coordination for platforms such as Google and Meta.
  • Monitor receivable and payable aging reports and escalate overdue risks proactively.
  • Support ERP reporting enhancements, SOP development, and finance process automation initiatives.
  • Ensure timely month-end close activities including reconciliations, documentation, and reporting submissions.
  • Conduct investment analysis and market research to support strategic financial decisions.
  • Maintain and update agreement trackers (SC & DZ) and ensure  financial alignment with contractual terms, maintain finance timelines, ensure team checklist completion, and eliminate month-end bottlenecks
  • Perform additional finance-related assignments and ad-hoc reporting tasks as required.
Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • ACCA, CA (Part Qualified), CMA, or equivalent qualification will be preferred.

Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
  • Experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, taxation, budgeting, and audit support.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Experience handling intercompany transactions and international payments is an advantage.
